Set aside 10-15 minutes, three to four times a week, for this reflective practice:
Relaxation: Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take deep, rhythmic breaths to relax your body and mind.
Heart Connection: Place your hand over your heart and focus your attention there.
Inquiry: Ask yourself:
"What do I truly desire?"
Observation: Allow images, thoughts, and feelings to arise without judgment.
Documentation: After a minute or two, open your eyes and write down the insights and sensations you experienced.
Repeat this process multiple times during each session. After several sessions, review your notes to identify recurring themes or desires. This exercise aims to help you discern the deeper threads of desire that connect you to your authentic self and purpose.
These practices are designed to assist in embracing desire as a natural and positive force, guiding you toward a deeper understanding of yourself and your connection to the divine.
